Delivery all over the world is carried out by DHL, or National Post.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the delivery method and customer address. The exact timing and cost will be calculated by your manager and confirmed with you.
It is possible to change the shipping method upon request. Please discuss it with your manager when placing your order.
You will receive the banking details and instructions after confirming all the details of your order. Other payment methods could be discussed with your manager.
If you would like to make some changes to your order, please contact your manager. We will be glad to help if it is technically possible. Additional payments will be discussed in every single case.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at airglide.ws@gmail.com. A full refund is possible only before the start of production; otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold up to 50% of the price.
Please note that products of good quality, made to individual sizes, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Usually, the refund takes up to 14 working days. Please note that sometimes it may take more time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
